Apply to Pivotal ABALooking for Something Different in ABA?
Pivotal ABA is growing throughout New Jersey and we are looking for Board Certified Behavior Analysts who want to do meaningful clinical work in an environment where their experience, judgment, and ideas matter.
We are an owner-operated ABA practice, not a large corporate organization. Our goal is not to grow at the expense of clinical quality. We want to build a strong team of BCBAs and behavior technicians who know their clients, communicate with families, collaborate with one another, and take pride in the services they provide.
Why BCBAs Choose Pivotal ABA
BCBA-Owned
Clinical decisions are understood and supported by leadership with direct experience in behavior analysis and special education.
Clinical Quality First
Treatment should be driven by assessment, data, clinical judgment, and the needs of the individual — not simply by volume.
Direct Access to Leadership
You are part of the clinical team, not a name buried several levels beneath corporate management.
Opportunity to Grow
As Pivotal ABA grows, we want strong clinicians to grow with us and help shape the clinical direction of the organization.
We Want BCBAs to Be BCBAs
Good behavior analysis requires more than completing paperwork and meeting billing requirements. It requires observation, analysis, problem solving, collaboration, staff training, caregiver involvement, and continual evaluation of whether treatment is actually working.
At Pivotal ABA, we value clinicians who ask questions, examine data, make thoughtful treatment decisions, provide meaningful supervision, and remain actively involved with their clients and treatment teams.
Meaningful Clinical Work
Our BCBAs develop and oversee individualized treatment addressing skills that matter in everyday life. Depending on the individual, programming may include functional communication, social participation, behavior reduction, safety, adaptive skills, daily living skills, transitions, flexibility, self-care, and greater independence.
BCBAs work directly with behavior technicians and caregivers to help treatment extend beyond individual therapy sessions and become meaningful across people, routines, and environments.

Work With Clinical Leadership That Understands the Job
Pivotal ABA was founded by Thomas Hansen, MA, BCBA, LBA, who has more than 25 years of experience in special education and behavioral services. The practice was built around a simple idea: clinical decisions should remain close to the clinicians, individuals, and families those decisions affect.
As we continue to grow throughout New Jersey, we are looking for BCBAs who want to help build something strong while continuing to do the clinical work that brought them into the field.
