BCBAs & RBTs Needed

Job Description:

We are currently filing positions for BCBAs to work in Bergen, Passaic, Hudson, Essex, Union, and Middlesex counties. Pivotal ABA is an agency dedicated to providing a behavioral services to youth and families experiencing developmental, emotional, and behavioral challenges, and their schools. We strive to provide the best services with the highest regard to quality, safety, and satisfaction.

We are currently looking for BCBAs to join our Team and supervise cases. Duties include but not limited to:

• Implementing direct interventions,

• conducting teacher/parent training, collecting

• analyzing behavioral data, consulting with team members and other professionals

• manage and meet with team members

• providing feedback in regards to programs and treatment

• organize scheduling

Qualifications and Skills:

Experience in special education, home and/or school based applied behavior analysis. :

· Excellent communication skills written and verbal

· Driver’s License and reliable transportation

· Willing to travel

· Dependable, creative and enjoys helping others.

· Ability to prioritize projects and strong problem-solving skills.

· Must consent to a Full Criminal Background Check

Requirements:

Master's Degree

· For Board Certified Behavior Analyst, must hold appropriate certification as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst in NJ.

NJ Teaching Certificate Preferred
